Hatha Yoga

Suitable for all levels / Beginners  Hatha Yoga is a posture alignment-oriented practice that emphasizes the forms and actions within yoga postures. Traditional asanas are held in accurate alignment. Emphasis is placed on core strength, flexibility and balance as well as concentration and breath control. This class is based on physical postures (asanas), deep breathing, mindfulness and listening to the body.

Hatha Flow

A flow based Hatha Yoga class where postures are linked together to create short sequences. This class is more challenging than Hatha Yoga so if you are unsure try a Hatha class first.

Yin Yoga

Suitable for all levels. Yin Yoga invites you to slow down and create space for stillness while nourishing joints, ligaments, tendons and fascia. Yin is yoga at its coolest, deepest, quietest, stillest moments. This class will have you on the floor most of the time, using as many props needed to create as little effort while holding poses. Poses are held for 2-5 minutes allowing joints and fascia to release. This class will complement your Vinyasa practice and will open and release areas in need of more stretching.

Yoga Nidra

Suitable for all levels. Also known as Yogic sleep. Yoga Nidra is a non physical restorative style of yoga with many health benefits. Suitable for all levels however you do need to be able to lay comfortable without movement for approximately 40-50 minutes.


Pilates is a controlled and specific form of exercise and body conditioning that targets muscles with precision giving you a leaner, stronger, more toned and flexible body. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises. It is remarkably effective and medically approved.

The result is a properly balanced body, with better joint mobility, toned muscles and a good, natural posture. Your body awareness is heightened by bringing together mind and body. It teaches you to be in control of your body allowing you to handle stress more effectively and achieve relaxation more easily.

For males and females of all ages. Pilates is great for rehabilitation, daily fitness regimes and prevention of injury. No basic knowledge or fitness is required in order to begin Pilates classes.

Yoga Wheel

Throughout the year we run Yoga Wheel classes and workshops. The Yoga Wheel is a great prop to assist you in your Yoga poses and is also great fun!
