Power Of Positivity

So Positive thinking .. We have all heard the term ..Right? So why be positive?

For me it pretty simple ... If I start thinking negative thoughts, being negative about situations, looking on the downside regarding everything .. It drags me down .. It makes me feel low.. IT MAKES MAKES FEEL WORSE!

How do you feel when your friends, family or colleagues are negative Noras?

Do you want to hang out with them? Do they make you feel good or do they make you feel like you want to walk the other direction?

Does negative attract negative.. As the old saying goes ..

YOUR VIBE ATTRACTS YOUR TRIBE

Now don't get me wrong I am not expecting you to walk about in rose tinted glasses with a big grin on your face but what do you gain from being negative?

Now I know you may be thinking .. It's ok for you .. you are happy... you have everything ..etc etc

But I can tell you, and this is not about laying the sympathy card, I have had hard times, divorce, miscarriage and house repossession... If it was not for being positive I wouldn't be where I am today.

Hard times teach us lessons, teach us to value the little things and these are not just material things! I'm talking friends, health, family and so on...

So try seeing the positive side .. try thinking positive .. It may be raining outside but how lucky are you that you don't have to sleep outside?

Instead of "I HATE MONDAY" try "I LOVE MONDAY IT'S GOING TO BE GREAT WEEK"

See how being positive can change your life and your connections with others,
