I have been teaching fitness & Yoga since 1998 and hold a full Diploma in Yoga (200hrs) more recently training to become a Meditation Teacher, another 171hrs, with Swami Saradananda.
I am also also a Tutor, lecturer and International Fitness Presenter. I have always dreamed of opening my own studio so I can add a personal touch and create a bespoke place for my clients to enjoy and thrive in. Our Studio is not only beautiful but a calming, friendly and relaxing space.

I have always been passionate about expressing myself through movement and come from a background in physical theatre and dance. I also practise aerial arts and perform throughout the UK and beyond.
Pilates has been an integral part of my training and self-care routine for a number of years. Not only is it an excellent way to protect joints, improve core strength and correct postural misalignments, the simple connection between breath and movement can have a tremendous impact on your general well-being. Pilates is an accessible form of low impact exercise that so many people can benefit from, regardless of age or fitness level.
Having achieved my Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates I enjoyed going on to complete my Diploma in Pre and Post Natal Pilates and Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions. Nothing makes me happier than walking in to a class full of people, keen to discover how to look after their body and helping them to find their own unique pathway to a happier, healthier body.

Yoga with Laurence
Known to some as Laurie, and others Laurence and yet others still as Larry, he goes by many names. One day Laurence went to a Yoga lesson. Skip forward Nine exciting years (filled with drama, passion, laughter and more than a little Yoga, in the form of a montage if you like) and Laurence is now a fully certified & insured yoga instructor and massage therapist himself, and a registered member of the UK Yoga Alliance.
He has been teaching for 6 years and now currently splits his time between The UK and India, where he regularly returns to continue his education and training. He genuinely believes in the healing potential of yoga and massage and loves to share this passion when and wherever he can. He specialises in Hatha & Power Yoga, Yoga Nidra meditation, and Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, but he also has a funky passion for a rigorous Ashtanga practice.

Yoga With Marie
Originally from Scotland, I spent six years in Italy teaching English as a foreign language before following my love for yoga all the way to its home in India. I spent three months travelling the country and training with various teachers, desperate to get a taste of where yoga originally came from and the different styles and approaches. I eventually found myself on a Yoga Alliance Certified 200 hour teacher training, training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin, combining all my yoga loves from both the Western world with the more traditional styles. I love practicing yoga and each style allows me to take something different from it according to what I need. So whether it’s a fast paced dynamic Vinyasa flow to get you sweating, a traditional Hatha class to connect with the roots of the practice or it’s a Yin class to shed the stresses of the day and just be with yourself, your body and your breath, I hope to share this with you and take you on the journey you need.
