Tasha Purwin

I have always been passionate about expressing myself through movement and come from a background in physical theatre and dance. I also practise aerial arts and perform throughout the UK and beyond.

Pilates has been an integral part of my training and self-care routine for a number of years. Not only is it an excellent way to protect joints, improve core strength and correct postural misalignments, the simple connection between breath and movement can have a tremendous impact on your general well-being. Pilates is an accessible form of low impact exercise that so many people can benefit from, regardless of age or fitness level.

Having achieved my Level 3 Diploma  in Mat Pilates I enjoyed going on to complete my Diploma in Pre and Post Natal Pilates and Pilates for Orthopaedic Conditions. Nothing makes me happier than walking in to a class full of people, keen to discover how to look after their body and helping them to find their own unique pathway to a happier, healthier body.

Known to some as Laurie, others Laurence and yet others still as Larry, he goes by many names.

Laurence has been teaching yoga since 2012 and is registered as a senior yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance Professionals. He runs regular yoga classes in both Norwich and Sudbury Suffolk. Aside from his 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, he has also trained in Yoga Nidra Meditation, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage and and has a BA in religious philosophy, which gives him a deep understanding of the history and philosophy of yoga. 

At the studio he teaches beginner classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays, offers monthly Yoga Nidra meditations, and is also available for private lessons.  


Laurence genuinely believes in the healing potential of yoga and massage and loves to share this passion when and wherever he can.

Marie Williams

Yoga With Marie.

In 2018 Marie became a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance after completing her 200 hour teacher training in India. Originally trained in the disciplines of Hatha, Vinyasa & Ashtanga, she has since followed her passions for both Vinyasa & Yin yoga with further training and now specialises in these two disciplines.


Her love for Vinyasa comes from her background in Contemporary Theatre and her approach is dynamic and creative. She enjoys exploring new ways to move fluidly, with creative sequences that present challenges, test mobility, flexibility & strength. Last year she completed a 'Creative Sequencing' course along with further anatomy training.


Her love for Yin stems from learning herself the need to slow down and work with the nervous system and the release of deeper rooted tensions held within the body. She is passionate about this in her approach. Creating an environment for people to balance their busy, fast-paced, demanding lives with an opportunity to reset, restore and release. Last year Marie took her first 20 hours of Yin training and this year she completed a further 50 hours of Yin training with Yin yoga pioneer Bernie Clark.

Yoga always remind me that we so often forget how incredible our basic human functions are. Breathing, moving, listening, being still. My teaching guides students through how we can use these relatively simple acts to check in with ourselves.

Whether you come to yoga for a deep stretch, a little wiggle, or just for a moment of peace and quiet – My classes offer the opportunity to create a practice that’s just right for you. I teach in a creative and light-hearted manner, encouraging students to tailor their practice for their own bodies.


After years of talking enthusiastically to anybody who would listen about yoga, I completed my 200 hour Teacher Training in early 2019. I’ve since progressed my training in two very different directions. On one hand, I am currently undertaking 40 hours Training as a Restorative Yoga teacher; On the other, I also teach Yoga and Mindfulness to Children.
